unix systems to provide a highly available account services system with IBM Websphere, Together/J (UML).
Designed and built components from Use Cases through to deployed J2EE components. Mentored other staff. Supported the live implementation and developed repeatable deployment and development process. Integrated legacy 'C' cryptography code via JNI. Proof of concept work for migration from Websphere 3.5 to 4.0 including risk assesment and cost/benefit evaluation. JSP and J2EE components, and used this as a vehicle to develop understanding of J2EE's capability in the telco team.
